Position: Pre-K Closer Teacher (12pm-6:30pm)
Pay Rate: starting at $14/hr (commensurates with experience and education)
Your Role
As an early childhood educator at Kiddie Academy, you’ll play a vital role in shaping young learners’ daily experiences and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement engaging lesson plans aligned with our Life Essentials® curriculum.
- Foster a positive, safe, and nurturing classroom environment.
- Guide children through interactive, hands-on learning experiences.
- Observe, document, and assess developmental progress.
- Collaborate with parents to support each child’s growth.
- Uphold all health, safety, and licensing standards.
What We’re Looking For
- CDA or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (or related field) preferred
- Completion of 45 Hours of DCF training (required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with young children preferred
- Enthusiastic, dependable, and passionate about early education
