Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and learning activities
- Create a safe, nurturing, and inspiring classroom atmosphere
- Maintain daily communication with families
- Track developmental milestones and complete assessments
- Follow licensing standards and all school policies
- Model professionalism, teamwork, and strong classroom management
- Maintain accurate attendance and required documentation
- Support school-wide events and community-building activities
Qualifications:
- Prior early childhood teaching experience required
- CDA or degree in Early Childhood/Education preferred
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and meet licensing guidelines
- Passion for helping children learn, grow, and feel loved

Kiddie Academy of Firewheel is conveniently located. Our academy offers programs from Infants to Pre-Kindergarten as well as After-School programs for Elementary School Students. We are open Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM until 6:00 PM.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
