About us
We are hiring for a 1 year old co-teacher. Kiddie Academy of Morgan Hill is a well estabilished preschool with energetic and enthusiastic educators who will utilize our learning through play curriculum. Highly creative, organized and professional. Effective communication for interacting with children and adults alike and the ability and desire to mentor and work collaboratively with co-workers is key.

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool students
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive social interactions
- Monitor and assess student progress and communicate with parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with young children, such as babysitting, nannying, or caregiving
- Strong classroom management skills and ability to handle behavior management
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, flexibility, and a passion for working with children
Note: Must be a fully-qualified preschool teacher with an Infant/toddler ECE unit
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
