Qualifications:

*Requires at least 6 months in a licensed facility, prefer at least 1 year experience and/or a CDA and/or observations completed.

- Have an unwavering love for teaching children and providing impeccable care everyday

- Experience in Early Childhood Education or a related field, degree in a related field preferred

- The ability to grow as a teacher and work well with others

- Respect for your classroom and co-teachers

- Positive attitude at all times

- Greets and communicates well with parents

- The ability to write weekly age appropriate lesson plans and implement daily curriculum

- Assist in daily age appropriate activities, art projects and lesson planning

- Follow and respect Kiddi Kollege policies and all Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) Licensing regulations

- Fulfill yearly training required by the KDHE

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster learning and development.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment for children.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to promote positive interactions among students.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and development.
• Incorporate play-based learning strategies to engage children in educational activities.
• Provide support for children with special needs or diverse learning requirements.
