Commercial Roofing Foremen & Lead Mechanics | Year-Round | Worcester, MA
Foreman: $32–$40/hr · Lead Mechanic: $28–$32/hr · Full-time profit sharing
Kidd-Luukko Roofing has been doing commercial work around Worcester for 22 years. We’re adding experienced foremen and lead mechanics who can run a roof without hand-holding. We’re not looking for helpers. We want people who already know the work and want a company that keeps them busy 12 months a year.
Foremen: what you’ll own
- Running a crew on commercial jobs from tear-off through final walk
- Daily layout, material tracking, and keeping the job on schedule
- Jobsite safety: fall protection, toolbox talks, and setting the standard
- Being the face on site for GCs and building owners
- Quality control: no callbacks leave your roof
Lead Mechanics: what you’ll do
- Install and repair single-ply (EPDM, TPO, PVC) and metal systems
- Detail work: flashings, penetrations, edge metal, drains
- Leak investigation and service calls
- Help train and direct newer crew members
What you bring
- 3 years of commercial roofing experience (foremen: 2 years running crews)
- Hands-on experience with EPDM, TPO, PVC, and/or metal
- Solid knowledge of jobsite safety and fall protection
- Manufacturer installer certifications are a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
