The Director oversees all aspects of camp life, including scheduling activities, monitoring camper well-being, maintaining compliance with policies and safety standards, and building strong communication with parents and host partners. In addition, the Director manages pre-camp responsibilities such as staff recruitment, hiring, and training, and post-camp duties including final reports, records, and evaluations.
