Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Retail Sales Associate for our entry-level position. This role is perfect for individuals looking to start in retail, with opportunities to learn and grow in a dynamic environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with questions and provide a welcoming shopping experience.
• Process, tag, and hang incoming clothing for the sales floor.
• Greet customers with a friendly attitude and address any inquiries.
• Keep the sales floor organized and visually appealing by straightening merchandise.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Perform cleaning tasks to maintain a tidy store environment.
• Answer phone calls and assist with customer requests.

Qualifications:

• Little to no prior retail experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong customer service skills or experience is a plus.
• Basic cash handling experience is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining store standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
