Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with kids ages 3-6, physical education, promoting character development. This role involves coaching martial arts in a preschool/day care setting. No martial arts experience required.
Duties
- Going to daycares in the Birmingham area and coaching martial arts classes on site with kids ages 3-6.
- Provide instruction and encouragement in physical education activities to enhance participants' skills and confidence.
- Utilize behavior management techniques to maintain discipline and encourage positive participation among all students.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities to prevent injuries and ensure appropriate supervision of students.
Skills
- Relating well to preschool age kids in a positive manner.
- Behavior management to effectively handle small groups of diverse kids.
- Experience in childcare or working with preschool kids is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in martial arts or other sports is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
