- Support children’s individual needs through early intervention techniques and specialized approaches for children with disabilities or special education requirements.
- Manage classroom activities to ensure safety, engagement, and smooth daily routines, including toddler care and daycare practices.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate progress, developmental milestones, and behavioral observations clearly and professionally.
- Utilize assessment tools such as standardized testing to monitor progress and tailor instruction accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, lesson plans, developmental assessments, and child welfare documentation.
- Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings; prior private school experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, classroom management techniques, and early intervention strategies.
- Familiarity with curriculum development across multiple domains including literacy education, math (including Montessori methods), physical education, and childcare best practices.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners.
- Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate educational standards while fostering creativity and independence.
- Experience working with children with diverse needs or special education requirements is highly desirable.
- Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields; additional qualifications in behavior management or tutoring are advantageous.
