IMPORTANT
Because this is an on-demand position, the driver must live approximately 15–25 minutes from our EK4kids base in Gaithersburg, MD.
REQUIREMENT
- Clean driving record
- Valid driver's license
- Professional driving experience preferred
- Experience driving an SUV and/or 15-passenger van
- Must be punctual and consistently on time
- Minimum 4-hour job commitment
- Must know how to navigate Washington, DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia Comfortable driving in heavy traffic and busy city areas
- Excellent knowledge of GPS/navigation apps
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Patient and comfortable working with children and families
- Reliable and responsible
- No smoking while providing service
- Must maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Must be able to follow EK4kids transportation policies and procedures
- Must be flexible and able to accept assignments 24–72 hours in advance
