Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pre‑K 4 Classroom Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in their early childhood education journey. Duties

• Develop and implement dynamic curriculum plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and Montessori methods.
• Create a safe, nurturing classroom environment that promotes positive behavior management and supports child welfare.
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities that stimulate cognitive development, social skills, and emotional growth.
• Utilize specialized techniques such as early intervention strategies and special education practices to support children with diverse learning needs.
• Conduct assessments and standardized testing to monitor progress and tailor instruction accordingly.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians through regular communication to discuss developmental milestones and educational strategies.
• Manage classroom logistics efficiently, including lesson planning, behavior management, and maintaining an organized learning space.
• Incorporate childcare best practices for toddler care and daycare settings to ensure a supportive environment for all students.
• Apply teaching experience in preschool settings to foster literacy education, math skills, and physical activity through engaging lessons.
• Support children’s overall well-being by integrating child welfare principles into daily routines and activities.

Experience

• Prior classroom experience working with preschool-aged children in early childhood education settings.
• Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across multiple domains such as literacy, math, physical education, and Montessori methods.
• Experience working with children requiring special education or early intervention services is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage classrooms effectively while maintaining a positive learning atmosphere.
• Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and tutoring techniques for young learners.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents, colleagues, and support staff.

Pay: $10.50 - $11.00 per hour
