- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning and development
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for students
- Utilize classroom management techniques to create a positive learning atmosphere

- Monitor and assess student progress regularly
- Incorporate innovative teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience working with students in an educational setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs
- Associates/Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred or 5 years experience
- Certification in Early Childhood Education or relevant certification
