We are seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) to provide early intervention services to children and families in their homes and community settings across New Jersey. This is a flexible, per-diem/contract position with opportunities to build your caseload based on your availability.What We Offer:Flexible scheduling – build a caseload that fits your lifestyle.Competitive reimbursement rates in the $95/hour range!Supportive administrative team to handle scheduling and paperwork.Meaningful work making a difference in the lives of young children and families.Physical Therapist (PT) Responsibilities:Conduct evaluations and assessments for children referred to early intervention.Develop individualized family service plan (IFSP) outcomes in collaboration with families and the early intervention team.Provide physical therapy services in natural environments (home, daycare, or community).Coach and empower families and caregivers to support their child’s development.Complete required documentation in compliance with NJ Early Intervention System (NJEIS) guidelines.Physical Therapist (PT) Qualifications:Current NJ Physical Therapist license.Experience in early intervention, pediatrics, or related setting strongly preferred.Strong communication, collaboration, and family engagement skills.We can't wait to have you on our team!
