What are the responsibilities and job description for the Occupational Therapist (Pediatrics) position at Kid Clan Services?
We are seeking licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) to provide early intervention services to children and families in their homes and community settings across New Jersey. This is a flexible, per-diem/contract position with opportunities to build your caseload based on your availability.

Occupational Therapist (OT) Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and assessments for children referred to early intervention.
Develop individualized family service plan (IFSP) outcomes in collaboration with families and the early intervention team.
Provide occupational therapy services in natural environments (home, daycare, or community).
Coach and empower families and caregivers to support their child’s development.
Complete required documentation in compliance with NJ Early Intervention System (NJEIS) guidelines.
Occupational Therapist (OT) Qualifications:
Current NJ Occupational Therapist license.
Experience in early intervention, pediatrics, or related setting strongly preferred.
Strong communication, collaboration, and family engagement skills.
