We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our school-based team in East Rutherford, NJ from January 23rd, 2026-May 22nd, 2026. In this role, you’ll provide direct therapy services, evaluations, and collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support students’ communication needs.ResponsibilitiesConduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.Provide occupational therapy services to students in a school setting.Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student progress.Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and school requirements.Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting.QualificationsNew Jersey state Occupational Therapy license.School Occupational Therapist Standard Certificate.Strong communication and collaboration skills.What We OfferCompetitive pay starting from $85/hour.Professional development and training opportunities.
