Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities Include:
• Designing FBAs and BIPs based on ABA best practices.
• Monitoring and analyzing progress data to refine strategies.
• Providing guidance, supervision, and training to team members.
• Working closely with families to establish treatment plans across settings.
• Delivering direct therapy sessions and functional skills training as needed.
• Documenting all client-related activities per professional guidelines.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications:
• BCBA credential in good standing.
• Proven experience in developing ABA-based programs.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
