Supportive Care Sitter for Children
Location: Poway, CA

Overview
We are an approved respite provider serving children with special needs, including autism, Down syndrome, and cerebral palsy. We are seeking Supportive Care Sitters to work with multiple families in their homes. Positions are available for both part-time and full-time schedules.

- Cell phone with data for accepting and recording assignments
Schedule
- Part-time: 12–30 hours per week, typically between 12 pm–8 pm
- Full-time: 30–40 hours per week, with optional additional backup care shifts
Working Conditions
- Active, child-centered environment, including clean-up of activities
- Time spent indoors and outdoors, depending on weather
- Active play expected
Physical Requirements
- Regular lifting, bending, squatting, reaching, and pushing
- Ability to lift 35 lbs safely
- Ability to get up from and down to the floor multiple times per day
- Ability to react quickly and respond safely to emergent situations

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
