We are seeking a compassionate and reliable On-Call Nanny to provide flexible childcare support for families in need. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for caring for children and experience in nurturing young minds. As an On-Call Nanny, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of children during scheduled or emergency caregiving situations. Qualifications
- Experience working with children across multiple age groups (birth to 12 years preferred)
- Availability 3–5 days per week between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
- Reliable transportation
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED
- Comfortable working in homes with pets (dogs and/or cats)
Working Conditions
- Active, child-focused environment that includes setup and cleanup of activities
- Time spent outdoors when weather allows, involving active play
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds safely
- Frequent bending, squatting, lifting, and getting up and down from the floor
- Ability to respond quickly and safely to various situations
- Ability to remain calm and effective in emergent circumstances
