About the Role
We are seeking engaging, reliable, and enthusiastic childcare professionals to support families in Shakopee, Savage, and surrounding areas. This position is ideal for experienced babysitters, nannies, retired or substitute teachers, college students, and individuals with childcare or youth program experience.
Position Summary
Provide in-home care for children and make a meaningful difference for local families. Flexible scheduling is available for both part-time and full-time needs.

Qualifications
- Experience caring for children across multiple age groups (birth to 12 years preferred)
- Availability 3–5 days per week between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
- Reliable transportation
- At least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED
- Comfortable working in homes with dogs and/or cats
Working Conditions
- Active, child-focused environment requiring cleanup after activities
- Time spent both indoors and outdoors, depending on weather
- Frequent physical activity
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds safely
- Regular bending, squatting, reaching, and pushing
- Ability to move quickly when needed
- Ability to get up and down from the floor repeatedly
- Must respond to situations calmly and effectively, including emergencies
