We are two families each with one infant, coming together for a nanny share. The babies are cousins, making this a uniquely special arrangement. As first-time parents, we are looking for a nurturing nanny who can grow with our children and support their early development.
About the Role
We are seeking a mature, experienced caregiver who is confident in all areas of infant care, including feeding, diapering, soothing, sleep routines, and age-appropriate developmental play. Knowledge of safe sleep practices and current CPR/First Aid certification are required. We value reliability, professionalism, and clear communication with both families. Driving will be needed in the future, but not during the first year. A minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on infant experience in nannying, daycare, or early childhood settings is preferred.
Job Duties
- Support and maintain an evolving infant schedule, including an eat-play-sleep routine
- Provide age-appropriate developmental play and simple sensory activities
- Ensure daily outdoor time when possible
- Assist with the safe and gradual introduction of solid foods during the first year
- Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment in both homes
Position Highlights

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of infant care experience
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Patient, reliable, and mature
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable caring for two infants
- Able to travel between two nearby homes
Schedule
- Begin January 5 (one infant): 3 days per week, Monday–Thursday, 7 a.m.–4 p.m.
- Beginning March 16 (both infants): Monday–Thursday, 7 a.m.–4 p.m.
Compensation
- $26 per hour for one child
- $33 per hour when both children are present
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $36.00 per hour
