About the role:

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to help position Kicksaw as a leader in the Salesforce consulting space and play an important role in the success of Kicksaw's client relationships and implementations. The Marketing Manager will develop and implement strategies to strengthen Kicksaw's market presence and make Kicksaw the brand others aspire to be.

What the Marketing Manager will do:

  • Lead, coach, guide, and assist Marketing team members to contribute to a high-performing team
  • Manage the marketing budget and clearly articulate the ROI
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing strategies
  • Develop and implement content marketing strategies for various channels including company blog, social media, customer case studies, and email newsletters
  • Build and manage an editorial calendar for marketing content
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for key industry events and networking groups
  • Build and implement a brand strategy and style guide
  • Manage Kicksaw's web and social channels and expand our reach in the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels
  • Coordinate speaking engagements for Kicksawers at key industry networking groups (i.e. WizOps)
  • Assess and advise on future outbound marketing strategies
  • Own digital marketing tools and processes within Kicksaw
  • Build out a world-class Marketing team leveraging our current strength in the ecosystem
  • Cultivate relationships across the org and support cross-departmental projects as needed

The right candidate will have:

  • 3 years digital marketing campaigns experience
  • 3 years branding and content marketing experience
  • 2 years experience managing marketing programs within a high-tech, B2B, SaaS environment
  • 2 years experience managing 1-2 direct reports
  • Proficiency with HTML, content management systems, and design software
  • Proficiency with website content (Landing Pages, SEO, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • An eye for good copy
  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal

Bonus points for:

  • Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Experience managing marketing strategies and campaigns in a consulting environment
  • HubSpot/Webflow experience

Additional details:

This full-time position is 100% remote and includes competitive pay, benefits package (medical, dental, & vision), unlimited PTO, 401(k) match, technology stipend, professional development, social activities, and more!

  • Compensation range: Up to $135,000
  • Final compensation offers are based on level of experience, skillset, certifications, and education.
