Job Summary
Kickmania is seeking energetic, dependable, and passionate Soccer Coaches to join our growing team. We’re looking for individuals who love the game, enjoy mentoring children and youth, and are committed to creating a positive, fun, and supportive environment for young athletes. Whether you have previous coaching experience or a strong soccer playing background, we welcome motivated candidates who are eager to inspire, teach, and help players develop both on and off the field.
Responsibilities
- Lead soccer training sessions for youth players of various ages and skill levels
- Teach fundamental soccer skills, teamwork, sportsmanship, and game strategy
- Create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment
- Supervise participants during practices, clinics, camps, and games
- Communicate effectively with parents, players, and staff
- Assist with special events, leagues, tournaments, and community programs
- Maintain equipment and follow all facility safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Soccer playing or coaching experience preferred
- Experience working with children is a plus
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable, energetic, and professional attitude
- Ability to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Compensation
- Starting at $17.00 per hour
- Opportunities for pay increases based on experience, certifications, and performance
- Additional hours available through camps, clinics, leagues, and private training sessions
Schedule
- Part-time
- 10–25 hours per week
- Evening and weekend availability preferred

Kickmania is a premier indoor sports and recreation facility in Corona, Queens. We offer soccer, futsal, pickleball, volleyball, badminton, birthday parties, tutoring programs, and community events. Our mission is to provide a fun, safe, and welcoming environment where athletes of all ages can learn, grow, and thrive.
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
