Kickin’ Dirt Landscape is a locally owned and operated landscape installation company proudly serving the Treasure Valley. We specialize in transforming outdoor spaces through high-quality landscape construction — this is hands-on installation work, not routine lawn mowing or maintenance.
We are currently hiring 3–5 reliable, hard-working Landscape Laborers to join our growing team. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in building something tangible, and want to develop real skills in landscape construction, we want to hear from you.
Position Overview:
As a Landscape Laborer, you will play a key role in building and installing residential and commercial landscape projects. This position involves physical outdoor work in a fast-paced team environment where quality, efficiency, and safety matter.
Job Responsibilities:
- Sprinkler and irrigation system installation
- Grading and leveling for proper drainage and preparation
- Sod installation and ground preparation
- Rock, mulch, and weed barrier installation
- Planting trees, shrubs, and other landscape materials
- Drainage system installation
- Water feature installation
- Fence and pergola construction
- Assist with hardscape elements as needed
- Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and landscape equipment safely
- Follow all safety standards and company procedures.
Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Working cell phone for communication
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and perform manual labor throughout the day
- Experience in landscaping or construction preferred but not required —
- Basic mechanical knowledge or equipment experience is a plus.
Pay & Schedule:
- $16–$25 per hour (based on experience and skill level)
- Full-time position
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Occasional Saturdays during peak season
