Kickback Jack’s is looking for experienced, quality-focused Line Cooks to join our kitchen team.
This position is for cooks who already have experience working in a professional restaurant kitchen and take pride in doing things the right way. We’re looking for people who can handle a busy service, maintain high standards under pressure, and consistently put out food they’re proud to serve.

Kickback Jack’s restaurants are family-owned, casual full-service restaurants serving guests in North Carolina, Virginia & Tennessee across multiple locations. - Previous line cook experience in a professional restaurant kitchen
- Strong cooking and food preparation skills
- Ability to execute recipes and standards consistently

- Strong understanding of kitchen cleanliness and food safety
- Dependability and a strong work ethic
