Kickapoo Roofing is seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Part-Time Office Assistant to join our growing team. This position plays an important role in supporting daily office operations and helping provide excellent service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist walk-in customers
- Enter and maintain customer information in our CRM system
- Update job records and company files
- Process paperwork and maintain organized files
- Support various administrative and office-related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong personable, professional, and friendly communication and customer service skills
- Excellent computer proficiency and ability to learn new software
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Previous office or administrative experience is preferred but not required
