Job Summary
This position is responsible for the supervision of maintenance personnel to ensure proper

Essential Functions
- Ensure compliance with the applicable Tribal, Federal and other laws and gaming regulations
- Ensure the highest possible standards of guest services by properly listening and responding
- Supervise day-to-day activities of team members to include performance reviews, rewards,
direct work, address complaints and resolve issues.
- Respond to emergency situations for the purpose of resolving immediate safety concerns.
- Use standardized procedures and practice excellent communication with other staff to ensure
- Participate in objective plan setting and plan development.
- Monitor the use inventory of spare parts, maintenance supplies and equipment and initiates
- Responsible for supervising HVAC Mechanic, Refrigeration Specialists and other non-trade

- Prepare reports, analyze data and make recommendations to building manager for improving

- Change belts and filters, grease motors, visually check compressors, pumps, other HVAC
