3 years of experience in UKG/Kronos implementations and support.Strong knowledge of UKG Pro,
UKG Ready, or UKG Workforce Management.Experience with Core HR, Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Leave Management, and Payroll processes.Expertise in requirement gathering and business process analysis.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Experience in system testing and defect management.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
