Overview
Kibali Medical Spa & Wellness Center is seeking an experienced, results-driven Medical Aesthetician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with advanced treatment experience, strong client consultation abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes in a luxury medical spa environment.
The Medical Aesthetician will provide customized aesthetic treatments, develop personalized skincare plans, educate clients on appropriate services and products, and contribute to long-term client retention. The ideal candidate is confident, knowledgeable, professional, and passionate about helping clients achieve their skincare and wellness goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments, including customized facials, chemical peels, radiofrequency treatments, EMS treatments, microneedling, and RF microneedling.
- Safely and effectively perform aesthetic laser treatments while following all established treatment protocols and safety standards.
- Conduct thorough client consultations, assess skin concerns, and develop personalized treatment plans based on each client’s needs and goals.
- Educate clients on treatment expectations, appropriate home-care routines, and professional skincare products.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment recommendations as needed to support optimal results.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client treatment records, including settings, products used, contraindications, and post-treatment instructions.
- Maintain the highest standards of sanitation, infection control, and treatment-room cleanliness in accordance with state regulations and company policies.
- Recommend and sell professional skincare products and treatment packages that complement each client’s goals.
- Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service, consistent follow-up, and a personalized approach.
- Stay current on emerging technologies, treatment techniques, skincare ingredients, and medical aesthetic industry trends.
- Collaborate with providers, management, and other team members to ensure a seamless and elevated client experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven professional experience as a Medical Aesthetician in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or advanced aesthetic setting.
- Current and active aesthetician, facial specialist, or applicable professional license.
- Hands-on experience with advanced facials, chemical peels, microneedling, RF microneedling, radiofrequency, microdermabrasion, and aesthetic laser treatments.
- Strong understanding of skin anatomy, contraindications, treatment protocols, skincare ingredients, and post-treatment care.
- Ability to confidently perform comprehensive consultations and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong retail and treatment-package sales ability without compromising client trust or professional integrity.
- High attention to detail and a consistent commitment to safety, sanitation, and documentation standards.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and focused on providing measurable client results.
- Experience with medical spa scheduling or practice-management software is preferred.
