What You’ll Do
- Assist Designers and Sales Associates in facilitating the sales process, including payments and order statuses.
- Answer customer inquiries and direct them to the right resources.
- Maintain showroom pricing for Kitchen & Bath displays and samples.
- Notify members when their merchandise is ready for pickup and manage any return issues.
- Enter estimates, place orders, and process payments with precision.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide consistent and exceptional customer experience.
- Ensure the showroom is always in grand-opening ready condition.
- Utilize our CRM system for sales entry and customer relationship management.
- Experience in sales and/or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- An interest or background in Interior Design is a plus!
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general tech-savviness.
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in interior design is a plus.
