What You'll Do
- Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project goals
- Design custom kitchens and bathrooms that reflect each customer's vision and budget
- Utilize 2020 Design software to create layouts, specifications, and pricing using multiple cabinet lines
- Prepare accurate product quotations and manage product ordering and tracking
- Conduct design consultations and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Process sales transactions through the point-of-sale system
- Serve as a product and process resource for Sales Associates
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and cabinet installers to ensure successful project execution
- Organize and maintain project documentation and records
- Manage department pricing, displays, and merchandising
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial consultation through project completion
- Minimum of 3 years of kitchen and bath design experience, including project management and collaboration with cabinet installers
- Minimum of 3 years of experience using 2020 Design software to design and quote projects across multiple cabinet catalogs
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Degree in Interior Design preferred, but not required
- Industry certifications are a plus
- Experience specifying and ordering plumbing fixtures for kitchens and bathrooms is preferred
