We are seeking a polished and professional Member Services Representative to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Take reservations for dining, events, activities, kids programming, and other Club offerings
- Arrange transportation for Membership
- Provide concierge services
- Perform notary, printing, copying, and faxing services
- Confidently relay information about Club and Island operations
- Issue guest cards and Member credentials
- Conduct new Member orientations as needed
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Four-year college degree in Communications, Hospitality, Marketing, Advertising or related fields
- Must have reliable transportation
- Previous hospitality, food & beverage, or private club experience is strongly preferred
- Must enjoy working with a team
- Have a positive, “can-do” attitude
- Must be computer literate and have excellent telephone etiquette
