RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for everything involved in the experience of a dining establishment, besides actually cooking the food.
- Responsible for minor food preparation.
- Perform a variety of duties and responsibilities every shift.
- Must have the ability to multi-task and have a flexible work style.
- Responsible for making sure all plates, glasses, bowls and silverware are perfectly cleaned between uses.
- Uses industrial dishwashers followed by hand polishing to remove leftover smudges.
- Makes sure the kitchen and storage areas are kept clean at all times.
- Clean industrial kitchen appliances, such as stoves, grills, freezers and ovens.
- Must meet health and safety standards at all times.
- Have a clean and professional appearance at all times by wearing appropriate dress, covering tattoos and maintaining facial hair.
- Requires the safe use of commercial dishwashers, glass washers, basic culinary tools and commercial cutlery.
- Follow and support Service Commitment and Core Values.
- All other duties, as assigned.
