Expectations & Responsibilities: Provide an unparalleled experience for our guests and members, who are purchasing food and beverages while on the golf course. Stay organized and have the ability to stay on task with minimal supervision. Possess a passion for providing extraordinary service and always exude a high‐energy outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills. Articulate clear greetings and farewells to guests, as well as be able to understand requests for assistance. Possess a strong knowledge of spirits and beer as well as a passion for exceeding guest expectations. Must be able to communicate in English with guests, coworkers, and management to their understanding. Must be able to handle confidential information as it relates to guests and business operations. Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment. Uphold the core values, and policies and procedures of the resort. All other duties, as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum of 1-year previous experience in a Food & Beverage role. Point of Sale system experience preferred. Must be at least 21 years of age to be able to mix and serve alcoholic beverages. Must have a valid Driver's License and clean driving record. Must be able to pass a background check. Must have flexibility to work a variety of shifts. Essential Physical Requirements:   Must be able to lift minimum weight of 30 lbs. across short-medium distances. Must be able to stand for the entirety of shift. Must be able to work on site due to daily needs of the job requirements.  Ability to reach, bend, lift, and carry trays / ovals.    Join our team and work in paradise!
