Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Technology Sales Partner Specialist. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with channel partners, driving sales strategies, and supporting partner account management. Responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, facilitating effective communication between Kiana AI and its partners, and contributing to revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
- Prospect relentlessly for new technology partners, ISVs, and ecosystem collaborators using cold outreach, digital channels, events, and inbound leads.
- Qualify partner interest and convert it into actionable sales opportunities and partnership agreements.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of net-new partner opportunities through disciplined territory and pipeline management.
- Apply consultative selling techniques and design thinking to build compelling business cases for embedding Kiana AI solutions.
- Align partner business models, technical architectures, and market needs with Kiana AI offerings.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams (Solution Engineers, AI Engineers, Delivery) to co-create MVPs, prototypes, and joint solutions.
- Support partner enablement, technical validation, and co-selling activities.
- Manage the full sales cycle with partners — from initial engagement to negotiation, closure, and onboarding.
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with partner executives and internal stakeholders.
- Use CRM tools and sales analytics to manage partner activities, forecast accurately, and influence strategic decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven track record of hunting, qualifying, and closing net-new business opportunities.
- Demonstrated experience in technology sales, partner sales, or business development roles.
- Strong consultative selling and value articulation skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and pipeline management tools.
- Self-starter with persistence, resilience, and a high level of energy.
- Ability to navigate and influence complex sales cycles in cross-functional environments.
- Experience with AI, Generative AI, Cloud, or Data solutions sales.
- Background in embedded software models, SaaS integrations, or platform partnerships.
- Exposure to technology partner ecosystems and co-selling motions.
- Prior success working with technical Solution Engineering or Product teams.
