About the Role:
As our Automotive Parts Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of the parts department, ensuring optimal inventory levels, efficient operations, and top-tier customer service. You’ll collaborate closely with service advisors, technicians, and wholesale clients to ensure timely and accurate parts delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the parts department, including inventory control, ordering, and vendor relations
- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of parts professionals
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, pricing, and returns
- Develop and implement strategies to increase parts sales and profitability
- Ensure compliance with safety and manufacturer standards
- Support internal service and collision departments with timely parts fulfillment
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in automotive parts management (dealership experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Proficiency with DMS systems (CDK/ADP preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to analyze data and manage budgets effectively
