Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary Commission Bonus Opportunities

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership setting.
• Deep understanding of automotive systems and repair processes.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with dealership management software (e.g., Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK) and standard office applications.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to assist customers and colleagues.

• Greet customers warmly as they arrive at the service department, making them feel welcome.
• Listen attentively to customer concerns and accurately translate their needs into repair orders.
• Inspect vehicles with customers, clearly explaining recommended services and their benefits.
• Provide accurate estimates for services and parts, managing customer expectations effectively.
• Schedule service appointments efficiently, coordinating with the technician team.
• Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and address any lingering questions.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers throughout the repair process.
• Process service payments and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately.
