- Guide clients through the vehicle purchasing process, building trust and delivering value every step of the way
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by understanding their needs, preferences, and lifestyle
- Introduce clients to digital tools for exploring vehicle options, features, and packages
- Prepare and present vehicles for demonstrations, ensuring all technology features are fully functional (Bluetooth, navigation, hybrid systems, etc.)
- Clearly explain vehicle performance, features, and benefits
- Review and present optional equipment and upgrades
- Deliver professional and knowledgeable presentations of new and pre-owned vehicles across both brands
- Collaborate with Sales Management on pricing strategies and model-specific options
- Prepare personalized email communication ahead of appointments to ensure a seamless and informed customer experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
- Outgoing, approachable personality with a natural ability to establish trust
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset

Salary : $52,000 - $75,000
