- Lead, coach, and energize the sales team to exceed goals
- Work the desk with strong closing acumen to finalize deals quickly and profitably
- Drive a culture of urgency, accountability, and consistent performance

- Manage inventory and ensure the right product mix is showcased and sold
- Partner with the F&I team to ensure seamless deal flow and customer satisfaction

- Proven leadership experience as a New Car Manager with strong closing ability

- Valid driver’s license
