What You’ll Do
As a Service Advisor, you are the face of the service department—responsible for creating a seamless, high-quality experience for every customer.
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, setting the tone for an exceptional service experience
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Serve as the primary point of contact from vehicle drop-off through delivery
- Clearly communicate recommended services, timelines, and costs
- Build trust and long-term relationships through transparency and follow-up
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs
- Maximize service drive opportunities while maintaining integrity and customer satisfaction
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
- Assist with warranty claims and ensure compliance with manufacturer standards
