We are seeking a friendly and dependable Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with guest services, vehicle parking, and general dealership operations. Responsibilities
- Greet guests and assist with vehicle parking, ensuring efficient flow of traffic within the dealership or parking lot
- Provide exceptional guest services by offering directions, information, and support as needed
- Shuttle customer to and from dealership
- Assist with vehicle movement, including deliveries or pickups, adhering to safety protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dealership’s exterior and parking areas
- Washing service customer and sold vehicles
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with manual transmission is a plus
- Prior experience in guest services, hospitality, or dealership environments preferred
- Ability to operate a vehicle safely within
parking areas and surrounding streets - Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse clientele
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods
