Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in Fargo, ND. The Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers throughout the car-buying process by providing knowledgeable and personalized service. Daily tasks include engaging with customers to understand their automotive needs, presenting and demonstrating vehicles, negotiating sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Building long-lasting relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries, and staying updated with product knowledge will be key to success in this role.
Qualifications
- Customer service and communication skills to understand and meet customer needs effectively.
- Sales and negotiation skills for guiding customers through vehicle purchase decisions and closing deals.
- Ability to quickly learn and retain product knowledge about vehicles and financing options.
- Experience in retail or automotive sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
