Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Experienced Automotive Salesperson to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in automotive sales, strong product knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role is responsible for guiding customers through the sales process from start to finish and achieving individual and team sales goals.

Responsibilities:

· Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.

· Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle options.

· Conduct product demonstrations and test drives.

· Present financing options in coordination with the Finance Department.

· Negotiate pricing and terms in accordance with dealership policies.

· Complete all necessary documentation accurately and efficiently.

· Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective and existing customers.

· Stay current on product knowledge, dealership promotions, and industry trends.

· Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to team performance.

· Uphold dealership standards for professionalism, customer experience, and compliance.

Qualifications/Requirements:

· Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales or equivalent sales background.

· Strong knowledge of vehicle features, financing, and competitive brands.

· Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

· Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.

· Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

· Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

· A positive attitude and a quality work ethic required

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred

· Valid in-state driver's license

· Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.

· Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.

· Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
