Job Description: *

We are looking for an automotive internet sales consultants to join the Kia Mall of Georgia Team (a 5-star dealer - i.e. we are the best in sales and service satisfaction). You would be joining one of the largest privately-owned dealership families in the metro area!

  • A typical workday consists of training; working our customer lists to make calls, texts and emails; talking to people that show up at the dealership, as well as internet leads that come through our sales CRM; work the service lane with customers that might want to trade in their car; selling and up-selling

  • We emphasize work/life balance and adopt policies that make sure our people don’t get burnt out. We work 5 days a week in 2 shifts (so you can make a lot of money). We have minimum salesperson coverage requirements, but we can be flexible.

  • You are passionate about cars and trucks (basically anything that moves)
  • You can make friends in 2 ½ minutes (not a second more…)
  • You love interacting and talking with new people
  • You like working independently but can contribute to a team as needed

Requirements:

  • Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
  • Automotive sales experience
  • 1 years automotive sales experience required

What We Offer:

  • Successfully completion assessment/personality test, drug screen, and background check (It sounds hard, but it is easy!)
  • Valid driver’s license (somewhere in the US, but Canada and Mexico are OK)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (or working slowly very quickly)
  • Excellent communication skills (i.e. if you can talk someone’s ear off)
  • Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive “team-player” attitude
  • At least a year in a customer facing or hospitality role

Pay: Did you know our average sales consultants can make $50-$100k per year while top performers can make $100k plus! We are happy to talk about money as one of the first parts of our conversation so we don’t waste each other’s time if we aren’t in the ballpark. We will look at individuals making more money and our offer will take into consideration your salary history, experience, references, and a skills assessment. Everyone wants to be paid as much as possible, but the economics of business usually require that we meet in the middle
