Duties
As a Business Development Center Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and generating new business opportunities. Your primary duties will include:
- BDC Sales experience is a huge plus
- Motivated self starter
- Excellent telephone communication skills
- Excellent grammar and email composition skills
- Computer skills are a must (Excel, CRM, Mastermind, etc.)
- Ability to work well in a team atmosphere
- Strong commitment to customer follow-up
- Clear and concise verbal communication skills
- Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while promptly addressing and following up on customer inquiries through phone and online channels.
- Identify customer needs
- Set appointments for customer visits
- Follow up with customers after their visit
Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:
- Previous experience in sales, outside sales, or retail sales
- Automotive sales experience is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable
- Strong math skills for retail calculations
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
