Do you have a passion for helping sales professionals reach their full potential? At KI, our Sales Learning & Enablement team plays a critical role in helping new sellers ramp up faster, sell more effectively, and enter customer conversations with confidence.
As our Sales Enablement Trainer, you'll own the onboarding and development experience for our sales team, guiding new hires from their first day of training through their transition into successful field performance. You'll design and facilitate engaging learning experiences, create e-learning, video, and mobile content within our Learning Management System, and provide meaningful coaching that helps learners build skills and confidence. Working closely with sales leaders, mentors, and cross-functional partners, you'll ensure learning translates into real-world results.
This is a highly visible role for someone who thrives in front of an audience and enjoys influencing others. Whether you're leading a classroom session, facilitating a virtual workshop, or coaching individuals in the field, you'll bring energy, expertise, and credibility to every interaction.
This isn't a role that's confined to a desk. Approximately 30% of your time will be spent traveling alongside sales representatives, observing customer interactions, identifying development opportunities, and translating those insights into impactful training solutions. You'll help strengthen the connection between Inside Sales and Field Sales, partner with Product Marketing to support product learning initiatives, represent KI at national industry events and trade shows, and bring fresh ideas and best practices back to our sales organization.
If you have 3-5 years of experience in training and development (sales experience is highly valued), a bachelor's degree in education, business, communications, or a related field, and the confidence to engage and inspire audiences of all sizes, we'd love to hear from you.
