Job Summary: We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Production Tech to join our Fabrication team. This role is essential in operating fabrication equipment and ensuring the quality of metal frame components used in our products. If you are a team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for continuous improvement, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Operate fabrication equipment (e.g., robotic welders, hydraulic banks, saws, benders, drill presses)
- Use hand tools such as drills, riveters, impact tools, and wrenches
- Read and follow production schedules and work instructions
- Perform quality inspections and maintain high standards
- Train new technicians as needed
- Participate in Kaizen events and process improvement initiatives
- Offer suggestions to enhance productivity and reduce downtime
- Prioritize safety and ensure proper use of PPE
- Report safety concerns and help onboard new employees on safety protocols
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: No prior experience required
- Certifications: KI Robot Welding (preferred or willing to obtain)
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Dependability and a positive attitude

- Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
