Location: Manitowoc, WI Salary: \$21.50 an hour \$2.00 shift premium
Work Environment: Warehouse within manufacturing Schedule: 2nd Shift -
Monday through Friday 2pm - 10pm - Occasional Overtime Job Summary:
We\'re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipping Team Lead to
support our 2nd shift shipping operations. This role plays a key part in
ensuring timely and accurate shipments and receipts, while also
contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and team development.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure accuracy in order picking, skid building,
loading, scanning, paperwork, and invoicing. Monitor quality of inbound
deliveries Collaborate with other departments, drivers, and
transportation teams to complete daily shipments Set priorities and
provide direction to shipping & receiving technicians Assist with root
cause analysis and recommend solutions Train and support new and
existing team members Load and unload trailers (Truckload and LTL)
Receive vendor deliveries Scan and process products Perform physical
tasks including lifting to 50 lbs. and repetitive bending/twisting
Education & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent 2-3 years of
Experience In Shipping/receiving Forklift Operation Experience Required
Leadership experience is required Skills That Add Value: Understanding
of transportation terminology and driver regulations Proficiency in
