Responsibilities
Oversee the operation of the automatic paint booth to ensure efficiency and precision Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement Ensure high-quality standards in powder coat application and efficient color changes Troubleshoot and maintain equipment to optimize performance and minimize downtime Collaborate with departments to maintain production flow and meet deadlines
