Assistant Team Leader - Paintline 2nd Shift

Job Duties

KI, a world class supplier of innovative and award-winning furniture solutions for business, educational, and healthcare environments, is seeking a full-time Assistant Team Leader to join our Green Bay manufacturing facility on our 2nd shift on our paintline. A $1.00/hour raise is also given within the first year of employment.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Job Experience
  
  

Value Added Skills

• Hang hooks & parts on the Paint line following the identified priorities
• Manually apply powder paint to production parts
• Perform Paint Color Changeovers
• Tape parts coming down from the line, to protect them from scratches
• Inspect & pack parts off of the line (assemble as necessary)
• Record bad parts to keep accurate records
• Maintain proper ph levels and mil thicknesses
• Monitor paint shelf life and re-certify as necessary PM entire Paintline
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Working in areas where it can get warm
• Working in a smoke free environment
• Activities including standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bending
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to assist in any given area of the plant if your area is slow
  
  

Shift

• This is a 2nd Shift Position
• Hours are 2pm - 10pm Monday -Friday
• Overtime during busy season
