KHS reasonably expects to pay starting compensation for the position of Health Services Program Coordinator in the range of $28.62 – 36.49 hourly.

About the role
The Health Services Program Coordinator supports the Senior Director of Health Services by ensuring Health Services initiatives progress, and are supported by strong data, organized processes, and effective communication. The role supports the Senior Director by maintaining organization, coordinating administrative activities, and ensuring timely follow‑through on priorities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders to communicate updates, proposals, and initiatives.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking and follow up on completion of action items
- Support Health Services teams with project planning and implementation of initiatives including gathering information, organizing information, and monitoring to ensure timely execution
- Provide operational support to department directors and medical directors as needed to ensure compliance with regulation and accreditation requirements
- Track and report the performance of Health Service programs and initiatives
- Identify, obtain, and validate data to evaluate departmental performance, identify trends and support decision-making.
- Coordinate collaboration across clinical, operational, IT, and administrative partners.
- Facilitate cross‑functional work, including planning, agendas, meeting notes, and follow‑up.
- Prepare high‑level presentations, briefings, and reports for internal leaders and executive stakeholders.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure successful execution.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including workplans, timelines, and status reports.
- Organize materials, presentations, and documents to ensure the Senior Director is prepared for internal and external meetings.
- Manage correspondence, including drafting emails, letters, agenda packets, and other communications
- Organize and maintain shared files, and departmental documentation
- Research regulation, industry standards, potential operational improvements
- Other duties as assigned
Employment Standards
- Associate’s degree from an accredited school or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1 year of experience in healthcare.
OR
- 4 years’ experience in healthcare or related field.
